    A free 30-minute call

Meet us. Ask anything. You tell us where you're stuck; we tell you honestly whether we can help and how we'd approach it. No prep, no pressure.

  2. part of The Plan
    02
    /te escuchamos/

    The intake session

A long working session to get your full story. Where you are, what you've got, what's due when, what you live on — and the questions you didn't know to ask.

  3. part of The Plan
    03
    /tu plan por escrito/

    Your written plan

What to do, in what order, what depends on what, and who to actually call. Built for your case. Yours to keep.

  4. part of The Plan

    /seguimos/

    Follow-ups

Follow-up calls to talk through your case and customized plan, and WhatsApp in working hours, Buenos Aires time. A local ally on your side until you're moving.

The intro call

Free

30 minutes

Meet us, tell us where you're stuck, hear how we'd approach it. If you don't need us, we'll say so.

what's in it · qué incluye
  • Two humans, on a video call, in English or Spanish
  • Ask anything about your case
  • An honest answer to "can you help me?" — including "no, but here's who can"
  • How we work and what it costs, plainly

The Plan

likely USD 100–500

Our standard package for the four-step plan. Most plans cost between USD 100 and USD 500. Where yours lands depends on what you need help with and how complex your situation is. We print the range so you know what to expect before you book. On the free call we work out which of our lines you need; then you get a proposal with the scope and the price in writing, before any money moves.

what's in it · qué incluye
  • An intake session in English or castellano — where you are, what you've got, what's due when, what you live on
  • A written plan across whichever lines apply — what to do, in what order, what depends on what, which documents, who to call
  • Follow-up calls to talk the plan through once it meets reality (how many depends on your case)
  • Questions over WhatsApp while you work the plan — working hours, Buenos Aires time
not in it · qué no
  • Anything in person — that's an extra, below
  • Filings, or calls made to offices and providers in your name
  • Lawyer or accountant work — we introduce them, they bill you directly
  • Any guarantee of what an office, an insurer or a bank will decide

Extras, when you want a human next to you

cuando querés a alguien al lado

Quoted per case, on the call — some by the hour. Anything we coordinate for you is billed at a price we state in writing beforehand.

  • Residency

    An accompanied Migraciones visit

We come to your appointment at Migraciones (the national migration office) and translate in the room. You still sign; we make sure you understand what you're signing.

  • Healthcare

    Prepaga enrollment, done alongside you

We sit with you through a prepaga (private health plan) enrollment, start to finish — the calls, the forms, the follow-up. Charged only if you go ahead with an enrollment we help with.

  • Residency

    Document-chain coordination

Translations, legalizations and the order they have to happen in. We coordinate the chain; each piece is billed at a price stated in writing before anyone starts.

  • Spanish

    A tutor introduction

An introduction to a Spanish tutor we've used or checked ourselves. Free — it's a referral, and you agree the rest with them.

  • Spanish

A phone call with you on the line

The prepaga, the landlord, the bank: one of us gets on the call with you and translates live while you stay the one talking. Useful long before your Spanish is.

  • Finance

An accompanied bank or notary visit

We come along to the bank, or to the escribano (the notary who handles contracts and property here), and translate. The account and the signature stay yours.

We don't file for you, and we can't promise what Migraciones will decide. We make sure you don't do it in the wrong order — and we take no fees from the lawyers or accountants we recommend.
