How we handle your information.

This policy explains what HabitaAR collects, why, which tools process it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us about any of that.

Who this policy covers

HabitaAR helps people moving to Argentina understand the paperwork, the system, and the order of operations — and get unblocked when they are stuck.

This policy applies when you use the HabitaAR website, book a call, or write to us by email, WhatsApp, or another channel we publish.

What we collect

We collect what you choose to give us, plus the minimum technical information needed to run the site.

  • Booking and contact details: your name, email or WhatsApp number, which service line you are asking about, your rough timeline, and whatever you write about your situation.
  • Direct messages: whatever you send us by email, WhatsApp, or another contact channel.
  • Operational notes: timestamps, whether we replied, and the internal notes we keep to respond properly.
  • Technical data: hosting logs and basic request information produced by our hosting provider.
  • Cookieless site analytics: page-level usage, referrers, broad technical context, and a handful of custom events (a click on a booking button, a WhatsApp click, a completed booking). No names, messages, or contact details ever go into analytics.

Why we use it

To understand your request, reply to you, prepare for the call, keep track of who we are talking to, improve the site, and prevent abuse.

We use cookieless analytics to see which pages are useful and where people get stuck.

The tools that process it

We keep the list short on purpose. These are the processors we actually use:

Some of these providers process data outside Argentina, under their own terms and privacy policies.

  • Vercel — hosts the site and runs Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. Because there are no tracking cookies, there is no consent banner.
  • Notion — where we keep the list of people who have booked a call or written to us, and our notes about the conversation. Each booking is copied into it from Cal.com the moment it is made.
  • Cal.com — the scheduling tool behind the free intro call. The calendar on our booking page is Cal.com's, loaded from cal.com when you open that page; what you enter in it (name, email, your answers to the booking questions) is held by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and copied to our Notion workspace so we can prepare the call. If you arrive from one of our service pages, that line is preselected in the booking form and the page you came from is noted — nothing else is passed along.
  • WhatsApp or email — only when you choose to reach us that way; those messages sit with that provider like any other conversation.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels, and loads no third-party scripts other than Vercel Web Analytics.

Vercel Web Analytics identifies visits with an anonymised, short-lived value derived from the request, not with a persistent browser cookie.

If we ever add cookie-based analytics, advertising, or retargeting, we will update this policy and add consent controls where they are required.

Sharing with lawyers, accountants and other providers

If your case needs a lawyer, an accountant, a translator, or a licensed broker, we may offer to introduce you. We never pass your details to anyone without asking you first.

When we do make an introduction, we share only what that person needs to help you. An introduction is not a guarantee of an outcome, a timeline, or that they will take your case.

How long we keep it

As long as we are talking. Once the conversation ends we keep the record only for reasonable business bookkeeping, and we delete it on request.

Ask us to delete or correct anything and we will. The one exception is a record we are legally required to keep, and we will tell you if that applies.

Security and confidentiality

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards for a small, early-stage service. No website, form, or third-party platform can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Please do not send passports, bank credentials, passwords, or medical records through the booking form. If we need a document, we will agree on the right channel first.

Your rights and how to reach us

For privacy questions, corrections, or deletion requests, write to privacy@habitaar.com.

Depending on where you live and where the data is processed, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, object to, or restrict the use of your personal data. Argentina's data-protection authority, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), publishes an overview of the rights that apply here.

This policy is governed by the laws of Argentina, including Law 25.326 on the protection of personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site, the booking flow, or the tools we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
