Your local navigator for life setup in Argentina.

Real next steps, not vague advice.

We help newcomers understand how things actually work in Argentina and unblock residency, healthcare, housing and language obstacles in the right order. We're not tour guides. We're not a law firm. We're the local mentors who've been through these processes firsthand and know which mistakes to avoid.

What we help with.

The high-stakes areas where it pays to get things right the first time.

The intro call

Free

30 minutes

Meet us, tell us where you're stuck, hear how we'd approach it. If you don't need us, we'll say so.

what's in it · qué incluye
  • Two humans, on a video call, in English or Spanish
  • Ask anything about your case
  • An honest answer to "can you help me?" — including "no, but here's who can"
  • How we work and what it costs, plainly

The Plan

likely USD 100–500

Our standard package for the four-step plan. Most plans cost between USD 100 and USD 500. Where yours lands depends on what you need help with and how complex your situation is. We print the range so you know what to expect before you book. On the free call we work out which of our lines you need; then you get a proposal with the scope and the price in writing, before any money moves.

what's in it · qué incluye
  • An intake session in English or castellano — where you are, what you've got, what's due when, what you live on
  • A written plan across whichever lines apply — what to do, in what order, what depends on what, which documents, who to call
  • Follow-up calls to talk the plan through once it meets reality (how many depends on your case)
  • Questions over WhatsApp while you work the plan — working hours, Buenos Aires time
not in it · qué no
  • Anything in person — that's an extra, below
  • Filings, or calls made to offices and providers in your name
  • Lawyer or accountant work — we introduce them, they bill you directly
  • Any guarantee of what an office, an insurer or a bank will decide

Add-ons — an accompanied Migraciones (immigration office) visit, phone calls with you on the line, document translation — are quoted per case and listed on each service page.

// para quién es esto

Who this is for. And who it isn't.

para quién es — y para quién no

// es para vos si…

This is for you if…

  • You're moving to Buenos Aires — or you're already here — and you'd rather do it right than do it twice.
  • You've read the forums and the official sites, and they disagree with each other. And, on a bad day, with themselves.
  • You want to understand your own case well enough to handle it, with someone local checking your work.
  • Your Spanish is a work in progress, and the phone calls are the scary part.
// no es para vos si…

This isn't for you if…

  • You want someone to file for you. We coach and we sequence; we don't submit paperwork on your behalf.
  • You want legal representation. We're not lawyers. When you need one, we'll say so and point you to people we've used or checked ourselves — without taking a cut.
  • You're passing through for a few weeks. Enjoy it, truly. Come back to us when you're thinking in months.
  • You want a guaranteed outcome. Nobody honest can promise what Migraciones (the national migration office) or a bank will decide. What we can do is make sure you don't do it in the wrong order.

// quiénes somos

Two people who did the paperwork.

dos personas que ya hicieron los trámites

Your local mentors: Sofi is Argentine and bilingual; Sam is American and got his residency here without a lawyer. We've done the hard work firsthand: residency, private healthcare, bank accounts, and the apartment hunt — and we kept notes.

We've stood in the lines. We check things by phone and in person before we tell you anything.
