Caballito at a glance
The geographic middle of the city and the most practical place in it: apartment blocks around two big parks, Rivadavia for everything you need, and schools, clinics and supermarkets within walking distance of each other. Parque Rivadavia's second-hand book stalls on a Sunday and Parque Centenario's craft fair are the local weekend; the Primera Junta corner is where half the west changes buses. Nobody moves here for mystique — they move here because it works, and stay because the school is around the corner.
Families and long stays who want the city to work, not to impress.
Rivadavia and the Primera Junta corner are traffic and noise all day; the calm is two streets back, and that is where everyone wants to be.

A barrio is half the decision. The other half is the lease — the guarantee, the up-front cash, the contract terms — and that part we walk through with you.
